Courses4doctors is Only a Venue. Our site acts as the venue for advertisers to list items and users/buyers to view items. Except for courses run by Firstcourse-Medical LLP, we are not involved in the actual transaction between advertisers and users/buyers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of advertisers to run a course or the ability of buyers to buy course. We cannot ensure that a buyer or advertiser will actually complete a transaction.

It is the users responsibility to ensure a course/meeting meets their requirement. It is the advertisers/users responsibility to inform on (check on) cancellations of meeting/courses and bookings. Cancellation of events will not be posted on the site.

User authentication on the Internet is difficult, We cannot and does not confirm each user's identity. Thus, we have established an user-initiated feedback system to help you evaluate with whom you are dealing. Please email us with your comments.

We also encourage you to communicate directly with potential trading partners. You may also wish to consider using a third party or services that provide additional user verification. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).

OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE FEE YOU PAID TO US.

Email links provided from the adverts in no way implies an agency. It is the responsibility of the advertiser/user to provide correct email addresses and information. In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any loss or damages arising from email correspondence between advertisers and users.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. We do not guarantee that that your advert will be provided continuously or free of faults. We may need to carry out. maintenance on the site and we shall attempt to keep disruption to your advert to a minimum.

By placing your listing , you are requesting that your advert appears on courses4doctors website for a period of four weeks from entry date.

We may not post the advert if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us or if you do not abide by the terms of courses4doctors or complete the online form completely.

We will contact you (by E mail) when we accept the advert.

The price of a standard on-line advertisement on courses4doctors.co.uk is £20.00 for 4 weeks.

For standard formatting reasons you must provide all the information by completing the standard form for online advertising. We cannot accept any additional material to include in the advert. All adverts will be a standard size. The copyright of all adverts shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.

You need to be registered to place an advert on courses4doctors. Registration procedure is simple and is done online. Once registered you can login and place an advert on courses4doctors. (Your email address will be your login and a password of your choice ).

On-line advertisements placed on courses4doctors will, require a named person and/or company name to send invoice details to, address, a land-line telephone number and/or fax number, a mobile number (optional) and e-mail address. We do not accept Credit Card/Debit Card payment over the internet at the present time. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Firstcourse-Medical LLP. Payment by electronic transfer at you bank is also possible. Please quote your advert reference number.

Each advertisement must be for a maximum of one course/meeting (If the course is divided over two weekends or different dates, all dates can be included ). Your advert must be legal decent, honest and truthful. It must comply with the British Code of advertising standard authority. We may amend the advert to ensure compliance. We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statement made by you. Accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us or any third party which are caused by an untrue statement or inaccurate information deliberately made or provided by you. You may amend only minor spelling errors during the 4 week period from initial entry to the site. You CANNOT change the date/venue/course details etc once the advert is published on the website. Please read the completed online form carefully prior to emailing it to courses4doctors.

The content destined for the description field must be limited to 40 words or less. An email link will be provided but not a hypertext link to your website.

We reserve the right to make requested changes to a published advert on the website.

It is your responsibility to inform potential delegates if you cancel a meeting/course.

This service offers the facility to compose and place an advertisement for courses in one of eleven categories: Exam Courses, Induction, Life Support, Medical/Paediatrics, Surgical/Anaesthetics, GP, Management, Clinical Governance, Degree/Diploma, O & G and Psychiatry.

Eight categories are divided into further sub-categories. The advertiser will need to choose the category and sub-category ( if applicable) most appropriate for the course/meeting they wish to advertise on courses4doctors. This is done on the online advert form.

The adverts will appear in the category and sub-category (if applicable) of the website specified by you on the online form. The position/page the advert appears on the specified category and sub-category cannot be determined by you. All adverts WILL be of a standard size.

Advertisements supplied on-line to courses4doctors will be processed within 48 hours and published on the site. We will send you an invoice for the advert and request for payment within 10 days. Failure to comply with payment will result in exclusion of the advert from the website.

As soon as an advertisement has been accepted for carriage, a confirmation email will be sent to the advertiser explaining that the advertisement has gone live on the site and an unique reference number for the advert will be quoted. This facility will be repeated whenever the advert has been edited which includes removal from the website.

In the event that an advertisement has been rejected for carriage, we will send an email to the customer explaining whom they need to contact in order to find out why their advertisement has been rejected. 

You have the right to cancel the advert. This must be done via email within 24 hours. We will send you an invoice for the advert and request for payment within 10 days. Failure to comply will result in exclusion of the advert from the website. Further action may be taken if deemed necessary. Once the advert appears on the site or after your payment is received and banked no refund can be made.

In the event that we reject the advertisement, no charge will be incurred by the customer. No contract will be deemed to exist between the customer and us until the advertisement has been accepted and published on the website.

By placing an advert you are requesting that your advert appears on our website. Your advert including telephone numbers can be potentially be viewed by persons with internet access throughout the world, you consent to the publication of your data in this way.

Where we have accepted an advert but it does not appear on the courses4doctors.co.uk website at all you shall be entitled to a refund of the advert price unless the omission is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or because of your breach of the terms and conditions.

Our liability shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or series of adverts. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form a part shall be governed by English Law.
