You need to be registered to place an advert on courses4doctors. Registration procedure is simple and is done online. Once registered you can login and place an advert on courses4doctors. (Your email address will be your login and a password of your choice ).
You can also view all the adverts you have placed on
courses4doctors when you login.
On-line advertisements placed on courses4doctors will, require a named person and/or company name to send invoice details to, address, a land-line telephone number and/or fax number, a mobile number (optional) and e-mail address. We do not
accept Credit Card/Debit Card payment over the internet at the present time. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to
Firstcourse-Medical LLP. Payment by electronic
transfer at you bank is also possible. Please quote
your advert reference number.
From time to time, we may a market research by contacting you by telephone as part of a survey of our services. You will be able to choose at the time whether or not you want to take part in that survey.
Security In accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act - we have taken measures to ensure that information supplied to us is held securely. As a consequence - we may occasionally request proof of identity before allowing access to your personal information.
Access-You have the right to access all information supplied to courses4doctors, and rectify any inaccuracies on the information held. Further enquiries should be made to
enquiries@courses4doctors.co.uk or sent to Firstcourse-Medical LLP, Amendments and Updates to this policy may be made from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page so you will always be aware of what information we collect.

By submitting an advertisement to the courses4doctors web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. Full
terms and conditions for users of the website
are available online. Please read them carefully. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by English law. All references to "the customer/you/advertiser/your/buyer" refer to the user applying to place an advertisement for a course on the courses4doctors web site or user of the website. All references to "the web site" refers to the
www.courses4doctors.co.uk internet site. All references to "us" refers to
Firstcourse-Medical LLP.
This service offers the facility to compose and place an advertisement for courses in one of
eleven categories: Exam Courses, Induction, Life Support,
Medical/Paediatrics, Surgical/Anaesthetics, GP, Management, Clinical Governance,
Degree/Diploma, O & G and Psychiatry.
Eight categories are divided into further sub-categories. The advertiser will need to choose the
category and sub-category (if applicable) most appropriate for the course/meeting they wish to advertise on courses4doctors. This is done on the online advert form.
Duration of placement
Advertisement will be for a period of four weeks from the date of first publication on the web site.
Price
The price of a standard on-line advertisement on courses4doctors is
£20.00.
Processing your advert
Only one course may be featured in each advertisement ( courses run over consecutive weekends or different dates can include all the dates).
The advert copy you supply must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the British code of Advertising. We may amend the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements. We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by an advertiser in the advertisement copy. Accordingly, the customer shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us caused by an untrue statement supplied by the advertisers.
In order to meet the technical and production requirements of the web site, we reserves the right to edit, amend or alter information supplied by the customer. Where possible - we will contact the customer to inform them of these changes prior to publication.
In the event we are unable to accept an advertisement for any reason, we will attempt to inform the customer of this if at all possible. In the event that we reject the advertisement, no charge will be incurred by the customer. No contract will be deemed to exist between the customer and us until the advertisement has been accepted and published on the web site.
The copyright of all adverts shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.
Payment for on-line advertisements must be made through our postal address.
We accept cheques, postal orders and electronic
transfers.
No credit card/debit card payment method can be accepted at the present time.

In order to obtain a full refund on the cost of the advertisement - cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of being submitted.
Cancellations made after the publication of the advertisement on the website will not be eligible for a refund.
Advertisements can be cancelled by sending an e-mail - quoting the advertisement - to
care@courses4doctors.co.uk.

Advertisements supplied on-line to courses4doctors will be processed within 48 hours and published on the site. We will send you an invoice for the advert and request for payment within
10 days. Failure to comply with payment will result in exclusion of the advert from the website.
As soon as an advertisement has been accepted for carriage, a confirmation email will be sent to the advertiser explaining that the advertisement has gone live on the site and an unique reference number for the advert will be quoted.
This facility will be repeated whenever the advert has
been edited which includes removal from the website.
In the event that an advertisement has been rejected for carriage, we will send an email to the customer explaining whom they need to contact in order to find out why their advertisement has been rejected.

You may amend any minor spelling errors at anytime during the
4 week period from initial entry to the site. You CANNOT change the
date/venue/course details/etc once the advert is published on the website. Please
read the completed online form carefully prior to emailing it to courses4doctors.
It is your responsibility to inform potential delegates if you cancel a meeting/course.
Once your advert has been accepted onto the website, a confirmation email will be sent to you quoting the advertisement reference number.
Please email to care@courses4doctors.co.uk to amend spelling errors quoting the advert reference number.
We reserve the right to make the requested changes to a published
advert on the website.
Please note that no changes will be made unless the reference number is quoted for security reasons.
